Italian yacht builder Overmarine Group announced the launch of the first hull of the 39.2-meter Mangusta Oceano 39 motor yacht.
Presented in 2021, Mangusta Oceano 39 was described as the entry-level model to the displacement Oceano series, which includes the new Oceano 44, Oceano 46 and Oceano 50.
Designed in collaboration with Alberto Mancini and Studio Verme, the 39-meter model features floor-to-ceiling windows in both the main and upper saloons and sliding doors that create a single indoor-outdoor space across both levels.
The yacht was developed as “a modern villa on the sea” and features “much larger volumes than those normally found in her class”, the shipyard said.
The Mangusta Oceano 39 yacht has a five stateroom layout, with her master suite situated on the main deck with a fully-automated balcony. Remaining guest accommodations include four staterooms on the lower deck with ensuite bathrooms.
One of the main highlights is an infinity pool on the bow with a partial glass bottom that allows light to filter through to the master cabin below.

The Mangusta Oceano 39 is a new three-decker characterised by huge glazed surfaces, where supporting structures and bulwarks have, conversely, been minimised, so as to offer the closest possible contact with the sea”, explained Maurizio Balducci, CEO of the Overmarine Group.
The Oceano 39 series yacht is equipped with the 2,600 horsepower engines, which provide her with a top speed of 20 knots and a cruising speed of 18 knots.
Construction is already underway on the second hull and the next available unit, hull number three, is available for sale with delivery expected in November 2024.
